Online Talk: Physical and Physiological Challenges of High Altitude Expedition

The SAFVC EBC team is organising at talk on Physical and Physiological Challenges of High Altitude Expedition on 16 March on Zoom, where a panel of experts will share their thoughts on the challenges of hiking at altitude and common issues faced during these types of expeditions. Whether you’re gearing up to take Everest Base Camp, still deciding whether to join, or just simply want to improve your knowledge for your own hikes, this talk will be invaluable for your preparations.
